The Support Client software is being transferred to your machine.

If you ARE NOT Using Microsoft Internet Explorer CLICK HERE! Save the file to your desktop, and Double Click on it!

If you are running Windows XP Service Pack 2 you may see an information bar like the one below appear at the top of this window.

If it appears, Click on it, and choose Install Active X Control

In a few moments you will see a window like one of these 2 appear.

Click Install or Yes

You will not see anything happen, the window will simply disappear.

Enter your Full Name and Email Address and Click Start Client
